J&B: The Party Project
The street art was the theme selected for the 2008 J&B The Party Project tour. To adapt it to gastronomy, and specifically to the evening, Simply Fabulous created “Art you can drink” and “Art you can eat“. The idea revolved around color and the creative potential of each guest: do it yourself cocktails that changed color, presented in test tubes with pipettes and crackers accompanied by tubes of edible paint. The goal was for each guest to create their own artwork and drink and eat it as a snack.
