Who is Veronique Gladstone?

Founder and Director of Simply Fabulous

Creative and curious artist. She is a Chef in continuous search of gastronomic innovation. He is able to invite, in each of his projects, to a sensory experience where stories are mixed with shapes, smells, flavors, colors, empathy, sympathy… Unique experiences to “feel and share” in which he impregnates the meaning of a brand.

French by birth, she has a degree in Pharmacy, a PhD in Essences and Perfumes and a Master in Marketing and Communication with international experience for clients from all over the world.

Food designer. French. Cosmopolitan. Lover of good food and local products. Based in the center of Madrid for decades.

D. in pharmacy, in her doctoral thesis she specializes in aromas and fragrances, more specifically musk. She studied a master’s degree in marketing and communication, which led her to develop her professional career internationally with L’oreal, Armani and Lancaster, in Paris, London and Madrid.

From aroma to taste and from there he falls in love with gastronomy. In his travels through Vietnam, India or Morocco, he finds the inspiration to approach different cultures and taste unknown ingredients and recipes.

Great capacity to excite

He turned his creative talent towards cooking and experienced the richness of culinary art with chef Eric Fréchon in Madrid and with Alain Passard at the famous Arpège restaurant in Paris. With them, discover the infinite possibilities of communicating through food.

In 2002 he founded Simply Fabulous, a creative studio dedicated to food design where inspiration takes shape in exclusive experiences capable of thrilling.
